MACHINE FEATURES

1. Measuring motion:
Realize stable weaving without prejudice to the yarns under the ultra high-speed running state through the highly wearable presser wheel, high-precision yarn-placing device & drum and high performance weft storage blower fan.
2. Beating-up motion:
High-precision processed beating-up beam and advanced 4- connecting rod mechanism enhance the durability and service life of the loom under the high-speed running state.
3. Shedding device:
By adapting unique on-sided crank shedding device and high tenacity and high stiffness beam to make the shedding
more reliable, stable, reduce the energy consumption and adapt to the high-speed running. The heald frames for the plain shedding are 4/6/8pcs, and for the cam shedding
device the heald frames are 16pcs. 
4. Let-off motion:
A unique synchronous belt transmission mechanism;
The new type dual rear beams mechanism and the stepless speed variator efficiently prevent
the stop marks from arising, thus increase the quality of products and expand the variety
applicability. 
5. Adopt imported ultra-
precision plunger, check valve and nozzle (1pcs/2pcs) to realize stable weft insertion under
the ultra high-speed state.
6. Power parts:
    Equipped with high-precision motors, advanced synchronous belt driving system and high performance electromagnetic
braking disc, which make the loom start and brake within the minimum time and thus efficiently
prevent stop marks from arising.
